Information

To Our shareholders and Investors

Our corporate mission is "Foster assurance, Create challenges" and our vision is "establishing a sustainable social security system". We consider one of the biggest issues in Japan to be the declining birthrate and aging population and the corresponding immaturity of the social security system, and we are engaged in business activities to contribute to solving this problem through three business pillars: elderly care, disabilities support, and childcare.

To this end, we are working to build a financially effective and sustainable business portfolio and business structure, and to ensure that our greatest asset, our executives and employees, can maintain high aspirations. We are intending to attract and retain more high-motivated employees through the improvement in working conditions like compensation and vacation packages in the top tier, not only in the industry, but also in other industries.

We also believe that there are still rooms to be improved in our industry, and through the continuous reforms we will be able to balance sustainability of the country and the industry as well as the profitability of our company. We would also like to disclose information to the public so that they can see what is going on and what the future holds.

Our company's efforts began with my graduation thesis at university. We would highly appreciate your continued support and cooperation.
